Ingredients
Chicken Tenders
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
Marinade Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
- Add chicken tenders and toss to coat. Marinate for 5 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add in the chicken tenders.
- Cook on each side for 3 – 4 minutes or until fully cooked through.
Notes
- Do not pour the leftover marinade in the skillet. It will burn.
- Be sure to cook the tenders on medium heat. Cooking on high heat will cause the honey in the marinade to burn.
