Ingredients

Chicken Tenders

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil

Marinade Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Add chicken tenders and toss to coat. Marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add in the chicken tenders.
  5. Cook on each side for 3 – 4 minutes or until fully cooked through.

Notes

  • Do not pour the leftover marinade in the skillet. It will burn.
  • Be sure to cook the tenders on medium heat. Cooking on high heat will cause the honey in the marinade to burn.
