Discover how to easily make a peach crisp for one with our delicious recipe. This single serve peach crisp is a perfect blend of sweet peaches and crispy oat topping, tailored for solo indulgence. Satisfy your sweet tooth without any leftovers!



For the Topping:

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Avocado Oil Cooking Spray

For the Filling:

  • 1 large peach, sliced (skin can be left on or peeled as per preference)
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of nutmeg


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice your peach, leaving the skin on or peeling as per your preference. 
  3. In the oven-safe dish, toss the sliced peaches with the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well coated. Arrange the peach slices flat in the dish in a single layer.
  4. Melt the butter in the microwave for about 40 seconds, depending on your microwave’s wattage.
  5. In a separate bowl, add rolled oats and flour to the melted butter and stir until well combined. 
  6. Next, add in the ½ tablespoon of brown sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Mix again until a crumble forms.
  7. Sprinkle the crisp mixture evenly over the peaches in the baking dish. 
  8. Spray the topping with a bit of avocado oil spray for added crispiness.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbling.
  10. Allow the peach crisp to cool for a few minutes before digging in.
  11. Top with a light whipped cream or ice cream and enjoy!
