- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Avocado Oil Cooking Spray
For the Filling:
- 1 large peach, sliced (skin can be left on or peeled as per preference)
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Sprinkle of nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice your peach, leaving the skin on or peeling as per your preference.
- In the oven-safe dish, toss the sliced peaches with the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well coated. Arrange the peach slices flat in the dish in a single layer.
- Melt the butter in the microwave for about 40 seconds, depending on your microwave’s wattage.
- In a separate bowl, add rolled oats and flour to the melted butter and stir until well combined.
- Next, add in the ½ tablespoon of brown sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Mix again until a crumble forms.
- Sprinkle the crisp mixture evenly over the peaches in the baking dish.
- Spray the topping with a bit of avocado oil spray for added crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbling.
