Description

These Granola Breakfast Cups are a perfect make-ahead option for busy mornings. They combine crunchy granola with creamy yogurt and fresh berries, creating a delicious and healthy grab-and-go breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup greek yogurt (or yogurt of your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • Strawberries, for serving
  • Blueberries, for serving

Instructions

  1. Mash the Banana: In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Add rolled oats and raw honey to the mashed banana. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form Cups: Divide the mixture into a muffin pan, pressing it firmly to the edges and bottom to create a cup shape.
  4. Freeze: Place the muffin pan in the freezer for 30 minutes to help the cups hold their shape.
  5. Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the granola cups for 30 minutes until golden and firm. Let them cool for 10 minutes after baking.
