Description
Bake a juicy hamburger and crispy frozen fries together on one sheet pan. This single-serve dinner keeps things simple and avoids leftovers.

Units
Burgers:
- 4–5 ounces lean ground beef (90% lean, 10% fat)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Frozen french fries
- Cooking spray oil
- 1 Hamburger bun
Burger Toppings:
- 1–2 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 slice of cheese (or pepper jack or cheese of choice)
- jalapeno slices (optional)
Secret Sauce:
- 1/8 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (depending on preferred spice)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Line a sheet pan with foil and place a cooling rack on top (optional but recommended).
- In a small bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce. Form into one patty and press a small indent in the center.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place burger on the rack. Add frozen fries to the pan and lightly spray with oil.
- Bake 18–25 minutes, until the burger reaches 160°F and fries are golden.
- Let burger rest 5 minutes. Add cheese while it rests so it melts.
- Toast bun if desired, assemble with toppings and sauce, and serve with fries.
